Stock Levels

Stock levels are monitored and updated daily.  Out of stock purchases can be made through the website, however unless stated on the product description, delivery for these items will be subject to availability from the manufacturer.  To avoid disappointment please contact us before making an 'out of stock' purchase.

Wheel Exchanges for EM Gauge

We are happy to exchange OO Gauge wheels in the Parkside Dundas OO Wagon kits for any of the EM Gauge wheels we list on the website.  There is no charge for this service, please advise us when placing your order.

Postage Discounts

Discounts on postage apply where mutiple item are purchased on the same order.  Postage is charged for the largest/most expensive item purchased and the remainder of the order is postage free.

Dispatch

On order & payment confirmation, all kits are dispatched the same or next working day by first class Royal Mail.  Any delays will be advised to you by email.  Where kits are not held in stock i.e. 7mm Ian Kirk Coaches, delivery times will be confirmed on receipt of order. 

Non deliveries must be advised within 5 working days of notification of dispatch.

Returns

 A refund for the purchase price (including postage) of any kits/item(s) will be made on condition that the kit/item(s) are returned intact, and in original packaging (unopened) within 7 days of customer receipt of the order.  Postage & packing costs will not be refunded for items returned after 7 days.

Privacy/Data Protection

We will never divulge your details to any third party and will only contact you with news and offers from H&A Models.  If you do not wish to be contacted please email advising us and we will remove your details from our database.
